Week 16 - Tuesday Workout - First Time Leg Press and Bench Press!

So, this week I'm trying to break up my videos to make them shorter and easier for you to get through! You know me, I'm still trying to get the hang for  how all of this will work... I was SO STOKED about this workout!! My Jedi, Blake Elarbee, really opened our workouts and started introducing me to new things. So, basically, because it's so warm out here in LA we've been moving our workouts indoors which means that the type of exercies we can do is totally different now that we're not just focussed on resistance training.This workout Blake gave me the legpress and benchpress machines for the first time!! Truth? I LOVED the leg press. Like, loved it. It was nice to feel so safe and secue and able to push my strength. The bench press? Honestly I NEVER thought I would even try this. Sure, there was no weight on the bar (which is already 45 lbs) but I will grow and get stronger over time!!
